About GhostMinutes
GhostMinutes turns recordings into text. Upload an audio or video file on the web and you get a transcript with speaker labels and timestamps, plus an AI summary you can question in chat. It supports more than 95 languages and never adds a bot to your call.
Who makes it
GhostMinutes is built by Rocketech and operated by ROCKETECH PTE. LTD.
Where you can use it
The web app handles file uploads up to 1 GB. The iOS app records and transcribes on your iPhone, including offline, and the same account works on both. You can also connect GhostMinutes to Claude as a custom connector, and link a Telegram account to transcribe voice messages. Both options are in Settings.
What it does not do
GhostMinutes does not join your calls or take notes while a meeting is running on the web. If you need live notes, a tool like Otter or Fathom is a better fit. Our comparison pages say where each one is the better choice.
How your data is handled
On the web, your audio file is deleted right after transcription. The transcript is encrypted at rest and kept for up to 90 days, and you can delete it any time from Recent Files. On iOS, audio and transcripts stay on your device. We never sell or share your transcripts, and we do not train on them. The privacy policy has the details.
Pricing
There is a free plan with 150 minutes a month, and paid plans start at $1 a month. See pricing for every plan.
